π€ 3 reasons why I find important to write about software creation
We started our Substack channel and as our partner you are invited to follow.
Hey,
I hope that everything is going only great!
This message may come as a surprise to you. Firstly because it's in English, and secondly because I write to you through Substack. Let me explain.
Just last year we started to publish and create content a lot more, below I will describe 3 reasons why we started to do this. I write in English because it is a common language across Europe, and this is mainly where all the people I want to reach are. Our continent has the beautiful peculiarity that each country has its own unique language, so in order to communicate universally, we are left to focus only on English. I believe, however, that this is no barrier to communication with our intelligent audience. π
Ok, so why to write exactly?
1. I am almost 20 years in ITβ¦
β¦ and it feels like time to share what I have learnt and to give something back to the software society. Meaning all the people that are involved in building software solutions (which is very broad category these days). My experience includes working at every stage of software development. I started as a programmer, developer, worked as a project manager, team leader, product owner, created startups, products, developed existing applications. All of these were products working on the internet and mobile applications. In addition, I have actively managed and still managing several companies, including a software house.
2. Share industry insights and research
And thatβs only me, and our company is much more than this. Our articles are also created by all of those talented engineers and friends associated with us and engaged in software engineering for years.
Each day we use this aggregated experience to help our clients to deliver best result in software creation, but this merely a start. I feel that the most value we can offer is through a wide knowledge sharing and inviting conversation.
The IT industry is undergoing faster changes than ever before, but we are in this together and the goal of our writing is to describe the software world using practical examples and telling the essence without too much technical jargon.
3. We want to stay in touch with you π«΅
Although as our clients, partners and friends database grow it is more and more difficult to talk to everyone, so we want to start a discussion and invite you to comment here, on blog or on LinkedIn.

π The IT industry is still struggling... but the mood is improving. Are we naive or what?
May you live in interesting times - a curse that is just coming true for many developers. Many IT professionals have grown up in a world where the demand for their work is so great that they have virtually become 'sacred cows'. But that has come to an end.
We have dedicated the last few articles on our blog to this very topic. In them, we describe not only the current situation, but also how the situation is likely to develop and how to prepare for these changes so that you can use them to your advantage.
